A Right Little Find provides customers the opportunity to purchase vouchers (“Vouchers”) for local commercial partners  (“Partners” or the “Partner”), such as Bars restaurants, hotels and activities with a promotional value-add or discount.

By placing an order with A Right Little Find, you are agreeing to make an offer to buy the offer you have selected, subject to the terms and conditions associated with that offer as outlined in the offer details offered by the Partner. If your order for a Voucher is accepted by A Right Little Find, you will receive an email to indicate that your order for the Voucher has been placed and accepted. Your credit card or account of your preferred payment method will not be charged until your order is accepted, in which case your credit card or account will be charged for the amount of your order and you will be emailed the Voucher/Exclusive Offer you have purchased.

By purchasing and printing or accessing a Voucher from A Right Little Find (the “Site”), or any other website associated with A Right Little Find, you agree to the additional terms and conditions (” Site Terms and Conditions”) as provided. If you do not agree to the Site’s Terms and Conditions you should refrain from using arightlittlefind.com.

All Vouchers for exclusive offers printed from or accessed through the Site are promotional vouchers that are issued in connection with a joint marketing agreement with our participating commercial partners to be used in exchange for services or goods. By placing an order for a Voucher from a Partner through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the Voucher(s) you have selected on the following terms and conditions. You are required to, at a minimum, provide your name, email address and payment information in order to purchase and print or access any Voucher. 

The Voucher you purchase through the Site is redeemable for services or goods by the Partner. The Partner, not A Right Little Find, is the issuer of the Voucher and the seller of the specified goods and is solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher you purchase. 

Our refund policy is set in the terms and conditions on your Voucher (the “Offer Terms”). The price listed on the Voucher will be inclusive of VAT. The Partner is responsible for accounting for VAT on the purchase price of the Voucher. 

If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Voucher Terms, then our Voucher Terms will comply.

Vouchers for date specific exclusive offers are usually not eligible for a refund. For all other Voucher products, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive your Voucher by confirmation email, provided you have not already redeemed your Voucher. In case you have already made a booking at the partner venue/location, the refundability of the voucher is subject to the Partners cancellation policy.

If you wish to use the right to cancel your purchase, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase of the Voucher by sending your request to the email address hello@arightlittlefind.com. You must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 

Where the Exclusives offer carries a refundable policy then the refund requests will be honored by A Right Little Find on behalf of the Partner for the base value of the Voucher through the expiration date shown on the confirmation in the offer details. A Right Little Find can only issue refunds to the original card holder’s credit card or to the account of the payment method that was originally used for the purchase. If you cancel the purchase of the Voucher, we will reimburse you all payments received from you. After the cancellation of your purchase, you must destroy the Voucher and delete any emails sent to you with a copy of the Voucher. If you fail to comply with this obligation and/or attempt to use a cancelled Voucher, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

The Terms and Conditions for Food and Beverage Vouchers are in addition to the standard Voucher Terms. If there is any issue between this Agreement and the Exclusive Offer and Voucher Terms, the standard Exclusive Offer and Vouchers Terms apply.

1. The use of Vouchers at Restaurants, Bars and Venues on alcohol is at the sole discretion of the partner and in line with the law.
2. The Site’s Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
3. Restaurant, Bar and Venue Vouchers cannot be used for tips 
4. Restaurant, Bar and Venue Vouchers are not valid for takeaway and are for dine-in only, unless otherwise stated by the Restaurant on the Voucher.
5. Frequency of redemption is determined by the Restaurants, Bar or Venue and shall be contained in the Voucher offer on the Site.
6. The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. A Right Little Find and the Restaurant, Bar, Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers.
8. Reproduction, sale or trade of a Restaurant, Bar or venue Voucher is prohibited.
9. Any attempted redemption not consistent with the Voucher Terms or this Agreement will render the Restaurant, Bar, Venue Voucher invalid.
10. Vouchers must be redeemed in full on a one-time basis only and may not be redeemed incrementally. If a Voucher is redeemed at less than its face value, there shall be no entitlement to a credit or to a new Voucher equal to the difference between the face value and the amount redeemed.
11. You must redeem your Voucher before the expiry date specified on the Voucher or subsequently communicated to you. After the expiry date, the Voucher is void, according to applicable law. No refunds will be issued for expired Vouchers.
12. All purchases of Vouchers for Restaurants, Bar or Venues may have statutory limitations on the amount of the Voucher value that can be redeemed for alcoholic beverages. 
13. A Right Little Find’ sole role in the transaction is as a marketing agent for the Restaurant, Bar or Venue Voucher, and the applicability and compliance with any relevant law is solely determined and consummated by the Partner, and A Right Little Find has no role or action on the part of the Partner.
14. The issuing of credit is at the sole discretion of the Partner.  
15. Refundability of the Voucher is subject to the Partners cancellation policy.
16. The price of your Voucher includes VAT but does not include gratuities.
17. The rate of discount offered on the Voucher applies only to the goods and services offered on the Voucher. This shows how much the partner has discounted the service of goods by.

All Vouchers shall be subject to this Agreement, the Voucher Terms and any additional terms and conditions of A Right Little Find and the participating Partner. The Partner is the seller of the goods or services which you are purchasing.

The holder and issuer of a Voucher is the Partner. As a holder and issuer of the Voucher, the Partner shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Patner. You waive, and release A Right Little Find and its officers, directors, employees and agents from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of Partner in connection with a Voucher or the services/goods provided in connection therewith and/or as it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the Vouchers or any portion thereof.

This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). The foregoing shall not apply to the extent that applicable law in your country of residence requires application of another law and/or jurisdiction – in particular, if you are using the services or goods as a consumer.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is struck out in such manner, the liability of A Right Little Find in respect of Vouchers shall be excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
